Our next Mission Trip will be the SUMMER of 2019, June 4 - 12! Ministers will travel to Ecuador and work in the Village of Pusir on several building projects. They will also rekindled relationships with those in the village, sharing in friendship & worship. Those who went were richly blessed!
New Mission Trips will be forming soon! Contact Bridging Cultures through email if you are interested in this rewarding ministry!
Welcome to an exciting adventure to one of the most beautiful places in the world. You will be serving a community of people with the greatest needs in Ecuador.
The people of the village of Pusir Grande of the Chota Valley in Northern Ecuador originated from Africa during the slave-trade days. They have settled in the valley as it reminded them of their native country. These people have been farmers for generations and only recently have they been granted citizenship of Ecuador. They experience discrimination due to the color of their skin, yet they possess many skills and gifts that have yet to be uncovered.
Prepare to give and to receive; to teach and to be taught;
to help and to be helped; to meet as strangers and leave as family.
Building relationships is what we are all about. We are excited about those who decide to be a part of this mission.
